 Sinnington Common Farm is a working family farm with 135 acres. It is set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the North Yorkshire moors in Ryedale.
The farm offers a range of self-catering accommodation from the luxury barn conversion, Innisfree, to the mews cottage, Mill View, which is not situated on the farm. There are 4 cottages in all and the other two are two small holiday cottages that offer accommodation for two people in each.
The many farmyard animals on the farm include goats (with kids in the summer), poultry, cattle, ponies, a pot-bellied pig, friendly farm cats, ewes and lambs (pet lambs to feed at certain times of the year) and Max the hyper dog.
The owners welcome guests and invite them to bring their own pets on holiday with them, there is a picturesque farm walk with wildlife to see including foxes, hares, the occasional deer, curlews, partridge and pheasant.

The Old Vicarage offers 1 king with en-suite, 1 double, 2 twin (1 en-suite), house bathroom, ground floor shower room, sitting room, large kitchen/dining room. Extensive gardens with spectaular views. Non-smoking/pets by arrangement.
