 Old Hill Cottage is 4 miles from Leominster, 9 miles from Ludlow, at the end of a narrow lane. It is very quiet and peaceful with views across farmland to the Black Mountains.
Visitors can enjoy five acres of meadow orchard and woodland with an abundance of wildlife. Nearby are many footpaths, the Mortimer Trail, Offa's Dyke, Norman castles, black and white villages and stately homes. Ideal also for cycling, fishing and horse riding.
The open plan ground floor of the house includes a woodburning stove and jacuzzi. A spiral staircase leads to two bedrooms, shower room and balcony. There are plenty of books, games and toys. Pets and children welcome. The owner will babysit.
