Brottens Lodge Cottage is a former coach house to an old shooting lodge. It is situated amidst beautiful open countryside and overlooks the head of the Blackmoor Vale. Visitors can collect their own eggs from the orchard for breakfast and are welcome to ride the horses.

The cottage is 2 1/2 miles from Shepton Mallet, which has good local amenities and is a sleepy Somerset market town. 6 miles from Wells, 20 miles from Bath. Longleat is nearby as is the lovely Stourhead. Both Alfred's Tower at Stourhead and Glastonbury Tor can be seen from the house as well as the Quantock Hills and Dorset.

The Dorset and Somerset Coasts are both near enough for day trips. There are miles of footpaths and by-ways to explore from the end of the drive. The cottage is well maintained and nicely decorated.

A warm welcome awaits!

Discounts available for smaller groups.
