 The house is a fine example of the late Victorian era built in 1890. There is no traffic noise or noise from the trains although we are only 3 minutes easy walking distance of the local station. There are panoramic views of the forest and the City of London from the flat roof.
The suburb is called Waltham Forest in North, North East London abutting Epping Forest and the countryside beyond. The forest begins at the end of the main road through our "village" as we call it, a small street outside the station where there are local shops.
Situated in a very quiet London suburb with excellent transport to the City of London financial business centre (25 minutes) by train and to the West End shopping and museums (35 minutes) by underground. Situated close to the junction of the M25 (junction 26) and the M11 and A406 (North Circular Road/Hale End Road).
Fully fitted kitchen, Shower Room, Sitting Room: a settee and dining table (with childs single pull out bed. Bedroom with King size bed, a further twin bedroom (in the house) if required.
