 The cottage is part of a larger property known as "Waulkmill" in quiet surroundings on the bank of the River Ruel and close to the junction of the Glendaruel Road (A8886) and the road to Tighnabruaich (A8003).
The Cowal Walkway from Loch Fyne towards Loch Lomond passes the house. The sea at Loch Riddon is less than a mile away and the attractive village of Tighnabruaich on the shores of the beautiful Rules of Bute is 6 miles distant.
The cottage is a peaceful haven for those wishing for a relaxing holiday or it can form an excellent centre for touring, walking, fishing, sailing or golf.
