 The Cottage is in the heart of the Scottish National Trust area, good for walkers and climbers or people who just want to relax.
The trips to Applecross with it's breathtaking Mountain views, Inverewe Gardens, Eilean Donan Castle, Plockton and the famous Hamish MacBeath Country are some of the reasons why people continue to return year after year.
A day trip over to Skye is a must as are trips top Loch Ness and Fort Augustus or leave the car for a day and take the train on the famous Kyle Line to Inverness.
Locally there are shops, a chemist's, a swimming pool, a library and a petrol station and within two miles there are some good restaurants.
Christmas and New Year, weekly bookings only, changeover day Wednesday.
