The cottage is situated near the edge of the small village of Roybridge. It is in a quiet location but within a short walk of the village facilities including a store/post office and two bars. Woodland walks and the River Spean are just a two minute walk away.
The bedrooms are upstairs and reached by a steep and narrow staircase. For this reason, the bedrooms are unsuitable for the infirm. There is a stairgate at the top. There are sofa-beds in the sitting room. The headroom is low in places!
The Cottage offers 1 double, 1 bunk bedded room, 2 z-beds, bathroom with bath only, comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen/diner. £50 refundable deposit.
