Burnbrae is a spacious detached stone built cottage dating from 1895 situated very close to the shops, inns, restaurant and market square. The cottage is set back from the main street with its own lawned garden and off street parking.



St. John's Chaple is a pleasant village with a small market square, well served by its half dozen shops, three pubs and two churches. There is a regular bus service to Alston and Stanhope.



St. John's Chaple is situated on the A689 Alston to Stanhope road. The house is located 20 metres off the main road, down a driveway, behind the newsagent. Brunbrae is in the centre of the village as the main road passes over and old stone bridge.



Christmas and New Year, weekly bookings only, changeover day Thursday.

The cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 1 double with ensuit, 1 twin room and a single room. Bathroom, spacious sitting room, second sitting/dining room and well equipped kitchen. Only weekly bookings accepted Christmas & New Year, Thursday changeover.
