Parts of the Manor House date back to the 1400's and were the subject of the 'House Detectives' TV programme. The Granary, built in 1800, has been tastefully converted into a flat with the original beams.

The Church 'Cathedral of Fens' is situated next to the house. The clock strikes every hour and at 10.00 on Sunday the bells ring, which are faintly heard inside. Set in 3 acres of mature garden with 15 acres of paddock. Horses accepted for D.I.Y. £35 per week inc. hay/straw. Dogs must be under strict control - livestock in the garden.

Guests may collect and use eggs from the hen house and seasonal fruit and veg from walled garden, directly outside your back door. Kings Lynn is a very historical town and totally flat. Masses for children of all ages to do, great beaches half an hour away, bird watching in all directions. ETB 3 stars.

The Granary offers 1 double, 1 room with 3/4 bunks and 2 singles, bathroom with shower suitable for wheelchair and bath, open plan living room/dining area/kitchen. Barbecue area in the orchard.
