Torquay, Dawlish Warren, Teighmouth, Exeter and Dartmoor are all within 5 - 15 miles.
This property sleeps 6 plus baby. It has three bedrooms and in addition a second living room with a sofa bed. On the top floor the second living room leads onto bedroom one which has a double bed and vanity sink. On the first floor is the bathroom with an overhead shower, bedroom two has twin beds and bedroom three has a single bed and pull-out bed under. On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen/ living room.
