Situated only ten minutes drive from Barnstaple and twenty minutes from the coast, Lower Hearson provides an ideal base from which to explore the many delights of North Devon, including Lynton and Lynmouth, Clovelly, The Tarka Trail, Rosemoor and Marwood gardens, The Cobbaton Combat Collection and the nearest beaches of Saunton Sands and Croyde.
Our three holiday cottages and farmhouse are surrounded by two acres of gardens, making this a very safe place for children. Guests share use of our 38' by 16' heated, covered swimming pool which has a depth of 3-5 feet. There is also a games room with table tennis, pool table, darts and a payphone. Garden furniture and barbecues are also provided.
The Farmhouse offers 1 double (with ensuite), 1 twin (with ensuite), 1 single with shower, spacious lounge, leading to new fully-fitted kitchen/dining area. The Farmhouse still retains many period features MINIMUM age of guests is 12.
