Pendragon Cottage is made from solid stone and has been converted from a 160 year old barn on a non-working farm overlooking Bodmin Moor and the many moorland churches and also St. Breock Hills. It is unbelievably quiet and peaceful and is an ideal base for touring all the North Cornish Coast. It has been converted to a high standard and has every comfort including a luxury bed, which will be made up for the tenants arrival.

The beaches of Polzeath (surfing and safebathing) Daymer Bay, and Rock are within 2.5 miles

and PortQuin and Port Isaac within 5 miles. It is an area with an abundance of high quality eateries all adding to a wonderful surfing, beach, walking, golfing or just sitting and looking at the panoramic view holiday.

Eden Project half hours drive and Padstow 1 hours walk or half

hours drive away (Rick Steins Restaurant and Bistro). The famous Camel Cycle Trail 7 miles.

The storage heating is by meter reading and deducted from damage deposit.

"Pendragon Cottage, Polzeath was just great for my wife and I. It is well appointed, plenty of mod cons, warm, in a good location and very tidy. The selection of videos at the cottage were very well selected."
