 Hello, welcome to my beautiful and tranquil home, "Stone House". Built in approximately 1540 and later extended the property lies in its own truly idyllic and secluded setting complete with pools and brook.
The house itself is heavily timbered and has been restored to the highest standard, thus ensuring total comfort during your holiday. Much of its furnishings are antique and open fire/woodburners complement the split-level lounge and dining room.
There are miles of walks straight from its 1/2 acre of gardens giving access to superb scenery (and local Inns!!)On site clay pigeon shooting is also available by arrangement too!
Finally, you will receive a very warm welcome from "Essy" the extremely friendly resident cat, who guests say has made there holiday truly complete.
Stone House offers 3 double, 1 single, 2 bathrooms (1 with overhead shower), split level lounge, large dining room, kitchen.
